Request account deletion
Last updated: 2 November 2026
You can request deletion of your TuttoPos shop account and associated data by contacting Tutto Print Ltd at info@tuttoprint.co.uk. You do not need to reinstall the app or sign in to make a request.
Request deletion in TuttoPos
On a connected, signed-in shop till, open Settings → Shop account → Delete shop account. Confirm the account password, enter an authenticator code if enabled, and confirm the request. TuttoPos displays a saved request reference; you do not need to send an email to submit it. Reopen the same screen to check whether the request was received. The account stays available while we verify and process the closure.
If the button is unavailable, update to a supported version or use the contact route below. This contact route is also available if you cannot sign in. Sending a request is separate from deleting only the local app or removing a device.
Contact route
Use your registered account email where possible. Include your account email, shop name or shop ID if available, and a statement that you want the account and associated data deleted. Do not send passwords, PINs, API/till keys, payment-card details, customer lists or backup files.
This opens your email app. Review and send the message yourself. If no email app opens, write directly to the address above. Opening this page does not send a request or delete anything.
What happens next
- We acknowledge the request and verify your authority through account and business contact records. We will not ask you to email secret credentials.
- We confirm the account/shop, export needs, outstanding transactions and affected devices. We explain the scope, expected completion and any specific retention.
- We coordinate stopping access, backups and printing so closed devices cannot recreate deleted data, then carry out and verify the scoped deletion.
- We confirm the outcome, including any retained information and outstanding provider or device actions. A sent request is not a completion confirmation.
Timing
We respond without undue delay and normally complete verified requests within one calendar month. If necessary identity checks or an applicable extension affect that timetable, we explain the reason and expected date. We tell you what has been deleted and identify any information that must be retained or provider action still outstanding.
Data covered and retention
A verified closure covers the account/owner and device records and associated hosted shop data, cloud snapshots, artwork and print content. Removing a device or suspending access alone does not delete the account. Information specifically needed for a legitimate legal, fraud-prevention or security reason may be retained with restricted access. We explain the category, reason and disposal period or criteria to the requester; the privacy notice describes normal backup behaviour.
Provider-held logs or backups can require separate handling. We identify those actions and do not claim erasure is complete while required work remains outstanding.
Local copies and shop records
Server-side closure cannot remotely erase every offline till, downloaded backup, exported report or printer-held copy. We provide device-specific steps after necessary exports and transaction recovery are agreed. Deleting an account does not cancel or refund payments.
If you are a customer or employee asking about a shop's records about you, contact that shop first, or identify the shop when contacting us. An individual record request is different from closing the shop's entire account.
